HOTEL RESERVATION

The Organizing Secretariat has negotiated special rates for Conference attendees at the Lloyds'Baia Hotel and at the Plaza Hotel. Due to the great demand for hotel rooms during the period of the Conference, an early hotel reservation is highly recommended.
If the hotel you requested is fully booked by the time of your reservation, the Organizing Secretariat will do its best to book for you another hotel of the same category.

Hotel Prices

Daily rates of the rooms include breakfast, local taxes and service.

Hotel Deposit Payment

To confirm the hotel reservation, the hotel booking form should be sent together with personal credit card details; the hotel will charge one night stay on your credit card in case of no show. Attendees will pay directly the bill to the hotel before departure. Please note that reservations without credit card cannot be accepted.

Confirmation

Leader s.a.s will send a confirmation voucher to the address specified on the Hotel Booking Form.

Hotel Cancellation

Cancellations have to be made in writing to Leader s.a.s.
If cancellation is received before August 15 ^th , the hotel will not charge any money.
After August 15 ^th , the hotel will charge one night stay on your credit card.

TRANSFER SERVICE FROM AND TO NAPLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

If requested in the hotel booking form, the Organizing Secretariat will also arrange a private transfer from Naples International Airport to hotels and viceversa. The cost is €120,00 per car (max 3 persons).
The transfer fee will be charged on the credit card provided in the hotel booking form.
From Naples Airport it is also possible to reach Salerno by bus and train (see below).

by car

From A30 Caserta - Salerno take Salerno exit towards Amalfi Coast to Lloyd's Baia Hotel or keep driving towards Salerno city centre to reach all other hotels.
From A3 Napoli - Salerno take Vietri sul Mare exit to get to Lloyd's Baia Hotel or keep driving towards Salerno city centre to reach all other hotels.
From A3 Reggio Calabria - Salerno take Salerno exit towards Amalfi Coast to Lloyd's Baia Hotel or keep driving towards Salerno city centre to reach all other hotels.

by train

Numerous trains, Intercity and Eurostar, reach Salerno Railways Station every day.

by plane

The closest international airport to Salerno is Naples International Airport.
To get to Salerno from Naples Airport you can take a bus or a taxi to Naples Railway Station, and then a train to Salerno. The trip is about one hour long.
